Return Period

We accept returns within 5 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn, clean, and free of perfume, detergent, makeup, or any signs of use. Items must retain their original scent and tags.

  • Returns are subject to inspection once received.

  • Customers outside Melbourne must cover shipping costs.

  • If the garment does not meet our policy, it will be returned at the customer's expense.

  • Items bought on sale or during promotions are non-returnable.

Warranty Period

Customers have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a warranty claim. This applies only to manufacturing defects.

  • The item must be clean and in good condition.
  • If the claim is made within the time frame but delivered late, it will not be accepted.
  • Approved claims may be replaced with the same or a similar product of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference if needed).
